Do you offer pickup from hotels in Abu Dhabi?
Yes! All our tours include complimentary hotel pickup and drop-off from anywhere in Abu Dhabi. For Dubai tours, we pick you up from your Abu Dhabi hotel and drive you to Dubai and back.
What is your cancellation policy?
Most tours offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. International packages have their own cancellation terms which will be shared at time of booking.
Do you cater to large groups?
Absolutely. We specialise in group and corporate travel. We have coaches accommodating 30β50 passengers and offer discounted group rates. Contact us for a tailored group package.
Do I need travel insurance?
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for international packages. We can arrange comprehensive coverage including medical emergencies, trip cancellation and baggage loss at competitive rates.
What languages do your guides speak?
Our guides speak English, Arabic, Urdu, Hindi, Tagalog and French. Please specify your preferred language when booking and we will assign you the most suitable guide.
Can you arrange Umrah packages for families?
Yes, we offer family-friendly Umrah packages with accommodation close to the Haram in Makkah and Madinah, female-friendly rooms, guided Ziyarat and full assistance with Saudi visa processing.
How do I pay for my tour?
We accept cash, bank transfer, and all major credit/debit cards. For international packages, a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance due 7 days before departure.
